This makes your name, website address and comment (but not your email or IP address) viewable by the general public on the website. We use Disqus Comments widget on our website. Disqus may collect information about you when you register for and use the Service. Such information may include “Personally Identifiable Information” which means information that identifies you as an individual, such information may include, but is not limited to, your name, email address, telephone number, username or account ID, and “Non-Personally Identifiable Information” which means information that does not identify you as an individual. Non-Personally Identifiable Information may include, but is not limited to, information about your browser, your IP address, device ID, what pages you visit on our Partner Sites, which website you came from, what advertisements you clicked on, whether on our Partner Websites, the Service or other third party websites, and other information about your online activity that does not identify you as an individual, in accordance with their data privacy policy.

How this information is used

If you have chosen to share it with us, we use your email address to contact you in reply to your message, or to send you our newsletter if you subscribed to it and confirmed your subscription. If you have entered your email address to leave a comment on the blog, it is used to identify your comment, however it is not displayed on the website or shared with any third party (aside from the Disqus platform which hosts our commenting system) nor it implies an automatic subscription to the newsletter.

Google Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google utilizes the Data collected to track and examine the use of this Application, to prepare reports on its activities and share them with other Google services.
Google may use the Data collected to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.

We also make use of Facebook pixel: Facebook pixel is used to track which pages are visited after a user lands on our website from Facebook (by clicking on a post, a link or an ad). The information is then sent back to Facebook where it is used to better target our advertisement campaigns.

The User’s Personal Data may be used for legal purposes by ARTaxMusic.com, in Court or in the stages leading to possible legal action arising from improper use of this website or the related services.
The User declares to be aware that the ARTax Music may be required to reveal personal data upon request of public authorities.

For operation and maintenance purposes, this website and/or any third-party services may collect files that record interaction with this website (System logs) and use other Personal Data (such as the IP Address) for this purpose.
